After being left disappointed from another architect, Northedge stepped in at short notice and completed our drawings which were shortly after approved by the local council. Unfortunately after doing an amazing job at dismantling cupboards, when assembling again he made an error on the doors and they are not latched and hanging incorrectly. When reaching out for help to come and correct it, he has ignored my request to fix it after paying £400 to him. Such a pity as he did a great job to start - but could not finish at the same standard.
