I'm a designer and property developer by trade, bringing old disused houses back to life is my main goal. I have a portfolio of rental properties that have been fully refurbished by myself, from the initial rip out of the existing building fabric, to assisting electricians with re-wires, building partition walls, installing windows, installing new floors, plasterboarding walls and ceilings, painting and decorating, installing kitchens and bathrooms. I also went travelling for almost 2 years where I worked doing property maintenance works for people local to where we were at that time and also labouring for construction & plumbing firms. All my properties have been done to a high standard with photo evidence of the work available and I am now able to also offer my construction and design skills to other people.
