Tommie was very reactive and professional at first to repair our window frame. However, the sealant job didn't fix this complex problem but then it became impossible to contact him again despite multiple calls, text messages and emails. I would expect at least an answer, even for a negative outcome, so that I don't need to indefinitely wait until seeking another contractor.

Outstanding service from Oaktree from start to finish. Martin was extremely patient and helpful in decision making regarding replacement windows for our cottage in a conservation area. His attention to detail was superb and the finished product is beautiful. The guys who installed the windows were friendly, efficient and quick, they left the area really clean and tidy and did an amazing job all round. I would recommend Oaktree Joinery to anyone who wants a job well done from a really professional firm with beautiful products and I will certainly be using them again.

Star Roofs were great from start to finish. They replaced an old wooden conservatory with a much lighter, brighter & modern uPVC one. Communication from Mandy was brilliant, all questions & queries answered in a timely manner, which is so important. We never felt like we were asking silly questions, even if we were! Cel visited our home a couple of times to measure and advise on doors and windows, and pointed out a few things we hadn’t even considered. We appreciate how thorough & approachable he was. When it came to installation, Dan & Fred were on time, professional, efficient and pleasant. They completed the job in less time than expected, and we are very happy with the results. We would not hesitate to recommend Star Roofs to anyone! We really were impressed with the full service.

Mark was absolutely amazing. He responded quickly, looked at the job within 24 hours. Was very knowledgeable about what materials to use to fix the leak. Fingers crossed it works now. Mark said if it still leaks he would come back and rectify the job. Mark also removed and replaced a top feather edged stud surrounding, above my exterior side gate. Roger was great. He thought out of the box and helped us to make the most of the space that we had available by suggesting things we had not thought of. The finished attic looks amazing.
