Martin was excellent from the start. He responded to my job request promptly, turned up exactly on time to view the work, and provided the quote on the same evening, as he promised! The quote for the work was very reasonable,and we decided not to bother with any other quotes and to go ahead with Martin. He was punctual, friendly and polite throughout the course of the work, and we were quite happy to leave him in the house while we went out. He has now finished the work, and we are delighted! The staircase looks superb - he has done a great job. We are so pleased, that we are asking him back to replace all of our internal doors.

Very thorough,initial and continuing consultation all through the work. We felt confident in their abilities and attitude which showed enthusiasm and empathy, as well as humour! Would not hesitate to use them again, which we are, and to recommend them to others. They were quick to respond to our advert and to start the job. Welcomed, good advice initially and throughout helped up to realise our plans and the results have exceeded our expectations. They even fixed my ethernet cable when I cut through it with the hedge-cutter - without laughing! The front of the house looks so different and the inside is so warm. We now also have wonderful, solid steps from all exits. A first! Continual support has been offered for the future which is very reassuring.
