The first job Homefix completed for us was to a good standard. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of a second job involving installation of a bathroom suite. Homefix overcharged significantly on their materials quote and tried to fob us off with supplying a bathroom 'suite' comprising completely different styles and colours. We attempted to negotiate with Homefix but their unwillingness to accept responsibility or indeed justify their inflated material costs resulted in them leaving the job unfinished. Engaging an alternative tradesman to complete the work highlighted a number of issues with Homefix installation which necessitated remedial work at additional costs to ourselves. Anyone considering hiring Homefix should have everything in writing to the nth degree, supply all the materials yourself and observe very closely the quality of workmanship.

I'm really pleased with the extensive copper pipe plumbing work Gareth has put in for me, plus new radiators, replacing an old 1970s heating system upstairs in my property. He gave a competitive quote which I agreed. We set a date for starting the work that suited us both. Gareth gets on with the job and does a good days work, his work is neat and tidy and he is a really nice guy. I am female doing up a old Welsh property as a long term project. During the on-going renovation work I've had some tradesmen mess me around, but I've found Gareth completely reliable in turning up when he says he's going to and he does what he says he's going to do. I can't comment on any other reviews but as a female dealing with many tradesmen coming into my property over the last 3 years, I would definitely recommend him 100% for plumbing/heating work.

Luke and Ashley were amazing, I cannot praise them enough. Luke contacted re the job and maintained contact when I messaged him before they came. On the day they were running slightly late but Luke let me know. They had to remove all my radiators from the walls, flush them out and put them back. They were very professional, efficient and so clean when they left I didn't know they had been. The cost was a very fair price. They also helped us sort out some other little jobs that needed doing. Brilliant! I highly recommend this company.
