VERY POOR SERVICE. Told me he would have window unit done within 2 weeks and it actually took 2 months. I had to keep calling, texting and emailing him to get updates. John never contacted me at all during the 2 month wait. I even had to complain to my builder customer service. Chris is just amazing! From the day he came to quote through to completing the initial work we advertised, he has been great - very polite and he actively listens to what the job is and provides good discussion on options/best solutions, if you're not entirely sure. He is a very conscientious and methodical workman and one who leaves a job tidy afterwards, which is getting more rare, unfortunately. Chris completed such an excellent job on fitting the doors and frames initially advertised, that we are also currently using him to lay floors (which I can also confirm look fantastic 😃), building a fence and fitting fascia/guttering, to name a few.
