He displayed an experienced knowledge of his job and meeting his customer's requirements in most effective way. Also backed up his work with a one year guarantee and undertaking to carry out any remedial work without unreasonable delay. He also seems very knowledgeable about the legal responsibility of neighbours to take reasonable steps to avoid to a neighbours property. I was impressed how quickly Tom came out to check my damp wall. He was able to reassure us that we did not have a serious damp problem and that the damp more than likely came from a faulty dishwasher hose. Paddy and his team have been very helpful. We needed a damp and cold single block extension tanked against damp and insulated to warm our home. No request was too much. His team took out old wall fixings, damp proofing was added and insulation and then they plastered the room for a clean finish. He also supplied staff to replace two old radiators in the home at a very reasonable and professional standard.
