I’ve been in the construction industry since I left school in 1987 and completed a 4 year apprenticeship in carpentry at Bryant Homes around Solihull … then went self employed just doing carpentry for about 12 years then started doing my own extensions from start to finish using all the trades men Id worked with regularly and got to know over the years and well over 20 years later they all still contract to me on my extensions, loft and garage conversions etc ..Still my favourite days are completing hand cut timber roofs and fitting kitchens … I’ve never been out of work in all these years and now moved to another area so looking for work more local to me now I’m a neat and tidy worker and I’ve always taken pride in my work, and who can’t stand mess ! I would highly recommend Pete, he has done a brilliant job, building the stud wall, insulated and plasters it bringing warmth into what was a cold bedroom. It was always cold and damp which was why it always closed off with a curtain up at the door. Now it is warm. We didn’t even know he was here, he just carried on with the job he had to do which is perfect, we can already feel the difference. Again I would highly recommend.

Brian and Connor, with the help of their specific trades (carpenter, plumber, electrician, roofers) extended my terrace house galley kitchen and built a spacious, functional and life changing kitchen/diner. The work started in the winter and they worked hard through all weathers to dig foundations and complete the ground works. They were creative and receptive to my ideas and demonstrated great problem-solving skills. Access to my back garden was difficult but they succeeded in moving waste out and materials in for the job. I remained resident through out and thankfully heating and water was disconnected for only a short period. The work progressed swiftly once the ground works challenges were overcome, and the resulting kitchen is fabulous. I was fairly hands on regards the ongoing decisions, but this did not pose a problem. Connor is capable of managing the project including decoration and kitchen fit if required. The team work closely with building control but don’t be afraid to ask questions and discuss designs and progress both with Brian, Connor and building control (if required) I was lucky as the work was completed just before the lockdown and it has provided a space for me to live and work that has transformed my house. I would recommend Brian and Connor. They bring a friendly sense of humour and lots of experience

The Job was to open up fireplace and line the chimney The house is 1930's era. What a difference this has made to the room! Kris and his Dad did an amazing job am so pleased with it. Would recommend 100 per cent really decent people with great work ethic. Kris has great knowledge and enthusiasm towards his work and this shows the finished product was better than I ever anticipated with the original brickwork now on display. From the very first meeting Max was very friendly. He arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable, giving advice where necessary. His quotes were very reasonable and his work was first class, nothing was too much trouble for him, in fact he noticed a small scratch in one of the glass panels which we had not seen and insisted that it be replaced. Really happy with him, his work and his prices. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Max.

If I could leave no stars I could. Please do not use this person, I employed him to build and fit 2 external wooden doors at a cost of £1,580 and gave him a 50% deposit. After that I never heard from him again despite ringing and leaving messages on the phone and on the website. Luckily I was able to get my money back from the bank but that doesn’t forgive the fact that this a con man who will rip you off.
