We were thinking that the window needs replacement because of flaw design as there was continuous noise of water dripping when rained. Jammie visited the property to diagnose the issue and gave us a professinal opinion. He is truly impressive and is a true perfectionist. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any window or door needs. I am extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely hire him again for future projects.

Have not seen him since he came to see the window, I agreed the price and then he had a holiday booked. No sight of him since then. I hope he got safely back from his holiday and nothing terrible happened.

Lee also provided some good ideas and advice and also helped cut the cost for me and provided some ready made things to bring, such a fitted shelf to put my microwave on. Very pleased with my worktop and he worked hard all day and eventhough I felt redundant just sitting on my laptop out of the way. He managed a heavy worktop on his own with ease and just got on with it all on his own. ALSO he kindly sent me a text to inform me of the birth of his and his lovely partner's baby girl *Isla*. Congratulations Lee and thank you for all the extra space in my kitchen now. Very best wishes to you and your family.
