Had our boiler serviced today and couldnt reccommend Alex more. There were a few unexpected issues at the beginning (things i should have sorted before his arrival) but he just got on with it and made me feel like it wasnt a problem to him. The house is mid renovation, so not the easiest environment to work in but he handled this professionally and without complaint. Really appreciated how he explained everything he was doing, and that rather than trying to upsell me, he reassured me the issues my boiler had were minor. I was quite worried it would be something alot worse so this made a big difference. I have already asked Alex to come back to sort the issues that did arise from the service, as well as quoting some extra work I was thinking of having done. I really was happy with his work and would reccommend him to anyone looking for gas work.
