He always arrived on time and straight to work and was great at providing the materials which I was happy to pay for. Darek is very knowledgable and gave good advice and alway kept me updated. He quoted £150 but then he charged me £200 as he said it was a bigger job. After he left the leak was bigger than before. He never came back to fix it and gave stupid excuses and took £200 from me.
