Incredibly quick service from quoting and booking us in they had the wall out within 2 weeks of contact! The place was left tidy, they were punctual and completed the job in specified time frame. He gave us a competitive quote, and was happy to take our views and requirements on board. His team were punctual, polite and hard working, arriving at 7.45 each morning and usually knocking off at six, and working on Saturdays and even one Sunday. Despite some initial teething problems over some of the supplies that were sourced, Sel was always flexible about solutions and even absorbed the additional cost of a change in the flooring. We felt that he pushed the timeline quite hard, which meant a few follow up visits to get the right finish, but the amount achieved in the few weeks was very impressive, and to be fair, there was additional work required when it was discovered that the ceiling also had to come down, which was quoted separately but added to the job list with no delays. There were no complaints from him or his team about the limited snagging list; everything was resolved with no fuss. We have worked with several builders on projects large and small and we would definitely say that Sel and his team are one of the two best, both of whom are head and shoulders over the rest. We have now asked him to provide a quote for a reasonably large extension, which reflects our satisfaction with his work, and we would happily recommend him to others. Get in touchAlthough this company has done a good job at my property, once the work was completed everything was good for a while but after a few months, recently when I reached out to them to fix an issue with their workmanship, I was constantly ignored and zero monkeys are being given about the problem. I tried to reach out via call, text, and WhatsApp but it seems they are not interested in fixing the issue and as a result, I have suffered a small loss which I can't do anything about unfortunately. As a result, I do not think they deserve a 5-star as they have shown no care or interest in resolving the problem. He was conscientious, on time to arrive each day, he really listened to my needs for the job, had other qualified trades (plumber) at his disposal. Any issues encountered he always engaged with me. I added a couple of extra things once he’d started work on site and nothing was too much trouble. Each day the site and work area was cleaned and secured. The quality of work he and his colleagues did was fabulous. I can honestly recommend him. I’m a happy customer.
