I have a terrible experience. He came to seal the tiles around the bath as it was leaking. He quoted £150 but then he charged me £200 as he said it was a bigger job. After he left the leak was bigger than before. He never came back to fix it and gave stupid excuses and took £200 from me. I had to pay another builder to fix it. Troy has done a fantastic job sorting out little garden area. Troy improved the drainage, levelled the grass area, sorted out the broken wall and created a border like we wanted.
