Out of all of the tradespeople I had contacted about my tile job, Kev from KBM was the only one to actually visit the property first to scope out what was needed. He was very professional from the get go, turning up exactly when he said he would and had the job completed to a great standard in the timeframe quoted. I wouldn't hesitate hiring him again. Living in a new build we hit a snag with one of the electrical sockets as the backplate was rather sunken into the wall compared to the others. I fixed this myself but Kev returned within a day or so to make good the grouting around it to ensure a finished look. KBM's quote included the cost of grout, adhesive, tile trims, labour and waste removal. Sadly, Kev does not do any silicon work--which is fine--but I don't feel this was communicated too well at the start. I had to get someone else in at approx £100+VAT to sort that out afterwards. This is the only reason I have chosen 4 stars and not 5.

Chris was lovely and really cared about getting the job right. He layed tiles in our hall and it l looks great. Outstanding work - thank you. We had several quotes but chose to go ahead with Jordan (JM Building). The work required removal of a large, old flooring of mixed tiles, timber and carpet - we discovered only gravel under the old floor so a lot of preparation was needed. The work completed was excellent. Jordan made good pace but was careful to ensure the finish was high quality. This was necessary because the property is >200 years old and the area was fairly large. Highest recommendation I can give is that we are already booking Jordan for more work.
