We recently had my parents main bathroom renovated by Peter at Total Home Service, I can’t speak highly enough of our experience. The renovation was done to adapt the space for my terminally ill father, and Peter went above and beyond to ensure every detail was thoughtfully considered. From the beginning, Peter was incredibly personable, patient and understanding. He listened carefully to what was needed and used his expertise to recommend the right solutions- including grab rails, a full walk in shower, and a comfort toilet seat- all designed to make the bathroom safer and easier for my father to use independently. Peter’s knowledge and professionalism stood out. It was clear he genuinely cared about creating a space that would improve my father’s quality of life. Thanks to Pete’s attention to detail and compassion, their bathroom is not only functional and accessible but also comfortable and dignified, which means everything to us.
