Rhys gave me a fair estimate and turned up to do the job at the arranged time. He cleared the contents of the shed then demolished the shed and removed everything as he had promised. Tom’s boys worked with us initially plaster boarding the entire house and garage. Based on this experience, we kept Tom’s team on for the rest of our self-build project. They performed first and second fix carpentry throughout the whole house, exterior cladding and gutter installation.
