Rhys gave me a fair estimate and turned up to do the job at the arranged time. He cleared the contents of the shed then demolished the shed and removed everything as he had promised. The whole job was done quickly and very efficiently and I am extremely pleased with the result. Tom’s boys worked with us initially plaster boarding the entire house and garage. Based on this experience, we kept Tom’s team on for the rest of our self-build project. Paul replaced all our balcony decking and wooden steps with new timber. He is polite and professional and did an excellent job, finished everything within 3 days. Darren did a reasonable job with our decking area but completely messed up the polycarbonate roof over the top (which we had paid a lot of money for). He was happy to come back and try sort this out but again did a very poor job, and then I found I couldn’t get hold of him any more. I managed to find out online how to do this job properly had to buy more materials to completely re-do the roof with my father.
