Jordan did a fantastic and very neat job setting our stone house name into Victorian brickwork over our front door..he then helped cutting some original Victorian floor tiles which was not part of the main job..nothing was too much trouble for him..a very friendly guy and would definitely recommend his expertise in stone masonry to others..

I was really happy with how quickly the process went from discussions and an initial walk around of the property to completion. The speed and quality of the work was fantastic and I was left feeling that I had a better understanding of the reason for some of the work that needed to be done as well as confidence in the results. I would happily recommend Emery Builders to anyone looking for a job to be done.

Andy and his team at Lime Masonry did a great job for us, repointing a well-weathered Victorian brick wall (including replacing a number of bricks that had become badly spalled. The scope included arranging the scaffolding needed and removing all debris from the site. I've no hesitation in recommending Lime Masonry Ltd., communications were excellent and quality of the work was to a high standard - thank you Andy & team! Before and after images attached

I will be as honest as I can be with this review because for the most part, we are really happy with our extension but niggling bits not sorted and outstanding with building control which is delaying sign off is disappointing. Communication great initially but waned severely towards end of job (when a new one had been started) and quality of work on final bits disappointing (botched drain pipe installation and guttering), final evidence not submitted to building control for final sign off (work was finished late last year). Still waiting for replies on that stuff. But overall the extension work is great and we’re really happy. Subbies mostly top notch too (wouldn’t use his electrician again but Mike from Anderson’s and Rhys the chippy were both sound) Shame really as I’d like to give Nathan 5 stars but lack of comms and after care towards end of build has left us feeling a bit let down. Happy to be proved wrong and update if sorted, however.

Since moving here six years ago we have had a real problem finding contractors in the building world that that can be relied on and it was because of feedback left on this site we chose Charlie Hale to quote for this work and we couldn't be more pleased with the job, always arrived when he promised he would, carried out the work without fuss, we initially considered rendering this wall but am now very glad we didn't as it now looks a real feature of the house so impressed that we have requested an estimate for further work, many thanks.

Mark was employed to complete the extensive groundwork's required for our single storey extension and loft conversion. This involved demolition of outbuildings and laying of foundations for our new kitchen, utility and cloakroom. The work involved planning a new drainage system, building over existing sewers and deep trenches. He then went on to build the structure with bricks, including adding steels etc. Mark kept me well informed, he was punctual, professional and polite. The site was kept safe and clean. As the work was done over the winter months, with some of the time us living on site, this was particularly important. I had to put my trust in Mark completely with this project as it was complicated at times and he didn't let me down. The end result of our build has totally transformed our home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and use him again in the future.
