The porcelain cut was fine but after the job, we noticed that the basin waste was leaking —issue that hadn’t been present before. When I raised the concern with Craig, he immediately deflected responsibility, suggested I hire a plumber to fix the issues caused by his installation. If you're looking for someone who will take responsibility for their work and provide a full solution, I cannot recommend Craig.
