Nicky and the team did an outstanding job for us. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but care was taken with our property and garden whilst doing the job. They were careful to ensure they maintained access for our neighbours during all aspects of the work. We genuinely enjoyed having the team working at ours. They were always pleasant and polite, but equally stayed very focused on the work they were doing. Everything was cleared away on completion. Job went very well. More than happy with the work that was done. David arrived and I explained what I was looking for. He gave me two options, depending on whether I wanted the mortar repaired or replaced, and explained what each option involved & the cost. No upselling, etc... just a straightforward choice.
