Nightmare scenario - leaky radiator valve in living room while Christmas dinner was cooking. Jack was here quickly, and persevered when a seemingly simple job threw up some difficulties. Had heating issues, Ali did a great job explaining the issue and how to fix it. But, all things considered, we decided to get a whole new boiler. There was no hard sell from Ali, new boiler was my idea, but great explanations from him. Very fair price for quick and quality work. We will definitely use FH GAS again. Note: Gas engineers are super busy right now (winter) so he arrived a little bit later than planned as he was held up at another appointment, but he called to let me know. If this happens with you, be patient, you’re going to get a great service when he arrives. Worth the wait in a world where you never know which tradesmen you can trust these days.
