Job went very well. More than happy with the work that was done. David arrived and I explained what I was looking for. He gave me two options, depending on whether I wanted the mortar repaired or replaced, and explained what each option involved & the cost. No upselling, etc... just a straightforward choice. We have had the worst experience with Connor and MR Stone Restore. At first, we have received reasonable quote for the work we needed done after Connor coming to look at the wall in person. After we have paid £500 deposit, Connor said the quite for the work needs to be reviewed and gave us new revised quote with significantly higher cost - no explanation whatsoever, calls not being returned, messages not answered - apparently due multiple personal emergencies. Then his team didn't show up, because of "an emergency". We have agreed to pay the higher cost as at this point we were very frustrated already and needed to get the job done. The team has done two areas which look absolutely awful as you can see on the pictures. I have again tried to contact Connor for the poorly done parts to be fixed. He said he will sort it out next week and then again stopped replying to my messages. Absolutely horrendous, I would recommend avoid this tradesman at all cost.
