The background is that little had been done to our house for a number of years and we asked him to complete a range of different jobs. This included plastering, painting and the laying of new laminated flooring. In addition, he replaced a broken window, treated an area for damp, laid tiles in the bathroom and replaced the silicone sealant around the bath and shower. In the garden, he replaced fence panels and tuned a jungle of a garden into a very presentable area. Nic’s price was very competitive and he and his men worked from early in the morning to late into the evening to get the work done on time. Nic was polite and very helpful throughout all our discussions.
