Get in touchI recently had my conservatory fixed by this company, and despite a few delays, where they would book and then cancel the job was completed satisfactorily. However, the experience with fixing the door handle was far from ideal. Appointments were repeatedly booked, but either the tradesman did not show up, or they arrived with the wrong tools or the incorrect door handle. When the handle was eventually fitted, it still did not work, and the tradesman blamed us for not being clear about the problem initially. Communication became aggressive over text, and although they promised to return the following week to resolve the issue, we never heard from them again. It's a shame, as the tradesman who repaired the conservatory was professional and did a good job. However, the tradesman responsible for the door handle repair was difficult to deal with. After immediate initial contact, Greg came over 5 days later to assess the extent of my subsidence damage and identify what he could deal with. The damage consisted of deep cracks inside the house and a sinking hall. Within 2 days Greg levelled and concreted the hall. 4 days later he spent the whole day cutting back, stitching in brickwork and plastering, until all the main cracks were no more. He worked extremely hard without breaks, and cleared away all the rubble and debris afterwards. Apart from being a skilful builder, Greg is polite, considerate and has a good sense of humour. He explained what he was doing throughout the whole process, and didn’t leave until I was satisfied with the results.
