S&S roofing, were a great company to work with, the guys on site were always punctual, friendly and clean. Quote and price excellent, they did everything we wanted that we got the quote on. We are very happy with the finished result. Communications was good, only had to contact a couple of times as wasn’t sure when next stage would be started. However they were always approachable and contactable. Did a really good job, very pleased. Tom our main contact very friendly.

In terms of the work, the guys did a quick turnaround on the job with my roof being completed in around 7days. Billy kept me up to date on the progress each day as they use a team of other people. All in all, I was happy with the work. However upon completion, I noticed that all three of my bedroom windows have been severely scratched where some cement has been removed with a tool by one of the team. Billy and Charlton are not wanting to accept ownership, and as I paid them the entire amount of money the moment their van left my drive - I now have no other choice than a small claims court as I’ve not heard anything after chasing multiple times. Really disappointed as whilst they worked on my roof, I also got them extra work with my next door neighbour who also gave them feedback that there were nails and mess left on their driveway post them completing.
