Dean arrived at agreed time to complete the survey. He explained the repair required and quoted a fair amount for the same. Once agreed, the job was completed on agreed date in a good time. The team left the property clean once the job was completed. Later, Dean sent all the pictures, both before the repairs was done and also once the job was completed. After a highly recommended by trustatrader roofer’s quality of work was so poor he should rename his company ‘rent-a-cowboy’ I secured the services of Vlad who came to my house to quote on the same day. We agreed a price and schedule of work which he completed within the week in between showers and in the dark to ensure no leaks. I would definitely use Vlad again. Hard working able to improvise and fair priced.

Amazing! I spent so much time looking on 'NextDoor' trying to find someone to fix some tiles around my chimney, for a fair price. I found it so hard to find a Roofer that I felt I could trust, as there's so many people on NextDoor claiming to be Roofers but with little knowledge when speaking on the phone to them, and with them seeming to be only interested in the money... Finally I gave up on NextDoor and found exactly what I was looking for on the the MyBuilder website! My roof is now fixed!! And it was exactly within my budget! (Phew!) So I can now highly recommend Pb homes Ltd which is run by Patrick, a man with a good heart in my opinion. He carefully explained all my options and helped me out by giving me the best possible solution within the tight budget I have to work with in these seriously hard times some of us are going though these last couple of years.
