Contacted Mybuilder who advised me to see a solicitor and write a review. Mr Leo Ridley who was supposed to have started work on the 13th of November, took a deposit to guarantee the booking booking and purchase of materials, however, no show from him at all (20th December). I have instigated a small claims court procedure against him and advise anyone that contemplates hiring him to be aware of his cowboy tactics. I strongly believe the positive reviews are a con from himself or his associates. After informing him of legal action, he did text me that he would issue a refund to day, however, as expected nohing has materialised.

Get in touchMichael re-felted our roof in July 2020 and last week (Jan 21) with the frost it leaked badly on two separate days soaking my kitchen floor. Both days Michael said that he would call to see it but didn't turn up. He has been ignoring our calls, texts and emails since. I am very disappointed as the roof didn't leak anywhere near as badly as this before he worked on it despite needing the felt replaced, we got poor workmanship and no after service at all.
