AVOID. Ernie incorrectly installed my drains under my house which has caused awful smells and sewage to leak under my house causing long term damage to my foundations Three professional drainage company’s have put a camera to see a Dropped pipe from new to old house. They have identified a connection that was never appropriate. Unfortunately, Ernie after being given many opportunities does not accept any responsibility. He is not an expert at all trades so be careful. I’ve asked him to help put right by exposing the floor which has Underfloor Heating. This has now cost me tens of £000s. My fault for not using a professional team at the beginning of my project.

Gazi is an amazing decorator, a classy professional with a passion for his skills and work. My experience with this team has been overwhelmingly positive. All their interaction and communication were professional and friendly and carried out in a timely, efficient, and responsive manner. Mr. Gazi took personal effort as he would work on his own house, he followed my instructions very clearly as I could not be at the premises, we communicated remotely via whatsapp video call and the job was completed as scheduled in time as planned with a beautiful delivery of work assigned. Gazi pricing was also reasonably priced for his craftsmanship. We are lucky we found him, he is new to this website, we trusted him based on his words and he did a great job!! All in all, a thoroughly impressive service that I would highly recommend.

I recently had extensive work completed in my flat by Vas, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was excellent from start to finish. Not only was the quality of the work consistently high, but the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was Vas’s level of skill and versatility. Every aspect of the project was handled with care and professionalism — from plumbing and new water heating pipes, to new electrics, installing a new kitchen, laying a beautiful wooden floor, renovating the bathroom, and even replacing doors with a sliding door system. It’s always nerve racking to select a trades person on here that has no feedback but got Modestas to come and quote because looking at the work he has put up from a carpentry point of view he clearly knew what he was doing. After getting quotes I decided to go ahead with Modestas to construct my pitch roof and to then do the facials and soffits. I’m really happy with the work and timely manor he had it done in. He is good value for money, very tidy and will be getting him in for further work in the coming weeks. If you have him in a shortlist I would 100% recommend this guy.
