Ultimately, the work was not completed within the agreed timeframe and remains incomplete. Rainwater has infiltrated through the improperly sealed window, paint has adhered to the sheet, and his demanded changed markedly following receipt of the £3,000 payment. When I challenged him, he pretended that he would like to come back and finish the work but we are rejecting him. I hated his dishonest presentation. The situation is characterised by dishonesty, fabricated explanations, and falsified documentation. This individual and his enterprise appear to operate under a fictitious business name, and the company appears to be fraudulent, operating with artificially inflated positive reviews. I have reported them to the fraud team (Police)and facing the worker legally. Please do not accept his smile, kind words and so on. He and his team together cheated us.

Provided honest trustworthy opinion on various options available, as well as being confident and open enough to state what aspects were simply not worthwhile touching at this point in time. We called handyman twice. Once to get door locks, cabinets and electrical switches fixed and the second time to fox our floor that was ruined by the floor man. Izmir completed all the work in time, The company even bought the materials and we were saved from all the hassle.
