The roofer quickly identified the small hole in the loft allowing access to a squirrel. He filled up the hole with cement inserted into the hole from outside the house using a ladder for access. Pleasant manner of the employee. The job was offered to me for £150. As a result of my protest, the price offer was reduced to £120, which I accepted.
