Andy Smith did a good job of replacing slipped slates, covering old wooden barge boards with UPVC, and some high level window painting. Also requested was the removal of a fairly large aerial installation on the chimney, but he was unable to complete that due to the poor state of the roof. The charges for the work were very competitive, and the work was done fairly quickly after booking the job. Communication was clear and effective from the initial phone call, and he made sure to inform me of any issues that arose during the work. He was friendly throughout, which made the process more manageable. The quality of the work itself was to a good standard, and he took care to leave the area around the work clean and tidy once he finished. John and his team arrived to take a look at our roof's deteriorating concrete verge problem. Gave me a very reasonable quote for dry verge installation and started the work that afternoon. Job done in a couple of hours. Also patched up our leaking windows and helped us fix the hole left by the fire place. Very reasonable quote and a job very well done!
