Extremely unprofessional for a customer to be treated like this. I would avoid. Especially with a response like this.... Because to be honest with you your job is not important to me my wife being in hospital is important to me it slipped my brain to make sure you you had 10/10 communication from me whilst my wife is in a hospital bed I left your number with my guys for them to be in touch with you as I said they were finishing another job and mustnt of got around to calling they would of called today and for the delay I would of offered some kind of discount and re arranged your job for another day but I’m not interested in working for you now
