After I got in touch with MyBuilder I was contacted by Dave Lauderdale from DLRS and I discussed the issues with my roof. He said be would call to see me the following day and he would give me a quote. He arrived on time and after assessing what needed to be done, he gave me a quote. The work was carried out the same day, to a high standard and afterwards everything was tidied up. What was refreshing was that Dave was friendly and polite, described what he intended to do and gave a reasonable price for the job. I have no hesitation , whatsoever, in recommending Dave Lauderdale. Michael contacted me to arrange a meeting and arrived on time. Scaffolding erected no problems. Roofers arrived on day of insulation and worked very hard all day. Second day there was only finishing off work to do. These guys work well as a team polite, hard working. I would fully recommend them anybody wanting a new roof. In the end thay did a great job. The roof repair was professionally conducted on the specified day and time. The failing cement ridge system was replaced with a full dry ridge system. Broken tiles were replaced and the roof was cleaned scraped/de-mossed. The waste materials were removed from the property leaving no mess. I am pleased with the roof repair and would use R. Errington again.
