On 14th January Patrick Ward gave a quote to repair chimney £400 I advise Patrick please take before and after pictures of the work he and his builder said he completed the without before and after pictures becuase of safety reason of chimney being high I advised him I wish he let me know before he started the work. I wanted an invoice stating the warranty however I realised quality building is not a registered company with no insurance and Patrick advised he is a sole trader because I needed that guarantee. Decided to pay Patrick £400 out of good will Within a week there was a leak coming from same location Patrick Inspected the property again and advised it will cost over 3k to get rid of the leak he offered to subtract the £400 of the bill however I was advised to look for another builder contacted Patrick he promissed a refund a couple weeks later started avoiding my calls and messages over £400. JUST BE MINDFULL QUALITY MARK IS NOT A REGISTED COMPANY HAS NO INSURANCE.

Arsen was on time, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his work. He did a fantastic job with our bathroom, professionally and with a lot of detail. He is incredibly attentive and gave us all the information we needed so we understood the full job. Will be hiring him again for any future jobs around the house. Highly recommended worker.

Jack Bateman completed the work on our roof today. He replaced the missing tiles, checked the roof over and repaired a leaking gutter joint. He arrive on time with everything he needed to do the job with him. He was pleasant, approachable, efficient and very fairly priced. He has been very professional in all of our communication and he completed the work to a high standard exactly as agreed and more. I really appreciated that Jack had a face mask with him and he maintained social distance when he needed to come through the house to see the back of the roof. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack to family and friends.
