Joe did not come on day agreed initially. He prioritised another job. When he did come he did such a shoddy job. He has left me with more leaks on my roof and has not come back. My roof is leaking more than prior to him coming! He was supposed to clean the gutters and repair the roof. I can’t even reach him on the phone. He says he gives guarantee for the work but I have not received my final invoice or guarantee letter despite requesting it severally something that is required by the insurance so they can cover the costs.
