WARNING!!! We hired joseph and his company to do some garden works for us. He seemed a genuinely nice guy and prided himself on the fact his company had been on tv doing DIY SOS. How they got the job i will never know!! After taking a VERY large deposit from me the work commenced, it was an absolute shambles. Extremely poor workmanship, turned up when he wanted and sometimes it was just his apprentice. After 2 weeks and the garden not even half done (eventually had a proper landscaping company do the works in only 3 days), Joseph failed to turn up again. He blocked our numbers, failed to respond to emails and from doing some research it turns out i am on a long list of clients he has done this too!! Came round and gave us a very good quote. He was very polite and professional and kept in touch regarding the window. Finished the job to a very high standard and cleaned up afterwards.
