They provided detailed visual evidence of the condition of the roofs, which made it easy for us to understand the issues and the recommended solution. At all times, communication was clear and reassuring, which was especially appreciated given the circumstances. Support from the office was equally excellent. Jade and Luke were consistently attentive and approachable, keeping us informed at every stage and explaining the process in a calm, straightforward way. Their understanding and patience made the experience far less stressful. I would also like to thank Shawn, who prepared the quotation. He was thorough, transparent, and took the time to clearly explain the scope of works, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and confident before proceeding.
