Very thorough,initial and continuing consultation all through the work. We felt confident in their abilities and attitude which showed enthusiasm and empathy, as well as humour! Would not hesitate to use them again, which we are, and to recommend them to others. They were quick to respond to our advert and to start the job. Welcomed, good advice initially and throughout helped up to realise our plans and the results have exceeded our expectations. They even fixed my ethernet cable when I cut through it with the hedge-cutter - without laughing! The front of the house looks so different and the inside is so warm. We now also have wonderful, solid steps from all exits. A first! Continual support has been offered for the future which is very reassuring. I have been self employed for 20 years and worked on all aspects of renovations work. Due to re location I am trying to build a new client base in a new area so for the short term smaller jobs ideally, up to a month. Because of this, lime specialist work, plastering, damp proofing work is ideal until such time I'm settled in a new place. It will be me and little beans please see photos. Depending on distance from hereford i have access to a full team, plumbers, electricians ect. Look forward to meeting you all.
