Trevor was brave enough to remove a large chimney breast from my kitchen and did an amazing job! He was fully aware of all regulations, and had the contacts to be able to complete in a timely manner. I fully trusted him in the house when I was at work, and he cleaned up after himself at the end of every day. I cannot fault his work ethic or his professionalism. He kept me informed of progress throughout, and even fixed the latch on my gate!! I can highly recommend Trevor, and I plan on using him for other work I need doing in the future.

Completely wasted my time. I definitely would not opt to hire them. They said that they were interested in my job and came over to have a look at the job, they sounded professional and said they could start the next day and we agreed 9am. The next day it got to 9am and they had messages to say they were running late because of the traffic. It got to 9.40am and I did not get any more updates, I then messaged and asked how far they were, they responded “Hi sorry we have to re arrange, Daniels had to go and pickup his child as she is sick, apologies for the inconvenience we can start tomorrow if that suits you” I then explained to them that this wasn’t a very good start and they proceeded to tell me that family does come first and they will understand if I do not go ahead with them!!! For some reason I did not believe they had family issues and maybe had secured another job that pays more. I moved all my furniture and protected the floor only for them to tell me they will not be there!!

I wouldn't recommend Marjan. Although he was a friendly guy there were several things I didn't like. 1) He was not punctual - I later found out that he took on another job. 2) He did not workaround my requirements e.g. he would start the self levelling when the kids would come from school. This meant one afternoon my kids had to spend 3 hours in the garden whilst the self levelling dried. 3) He was not adaptable - he seemed reluctant to do extra work I.e. doing the voltage check on the electric mat so you know it's ok before you lay it down with self levelling. It would have taken 2 minutes. 4) It felt as though he rushed the job and in places the finish is not great, simply because he did not wait for the self levelling or glue to dry. 5) The glue has dried over the LVT and he never cleaned this up. Positives: 1) He trimmed the doors and other wooden panels. 2) Initially he did come back to rectify the poor finish. But I'm noticing more areas now, which he has not fixed
