Optimal finishes painted externally the white part around the windows in the facade after I replaced them. They did a beautiful job and I would recommend them. They also alerted me of the window sill needing more extensive work and it resulted in an additional job and cost so it was done properly. Laslty, only issue is that they had to cut some branches of an olive tree for the decoration and the issue of disposing these came up. In the end they put everything in bags so I could go to the property and take them to the recycling place close to where I live which meant half my Sunday was gone but at least there was a solution. If I was living in the property this wouldn't be an issue but when you have very little time and a property is away it was an inconvenience. I can't fault Optimal finishes though and would recommend them.

Hurkan did a highly professional job in replacing nine fence panels in our back garden. He and his colleague worked extremely efficiently, tidied up everything when they had finished and took away the old panels. We considered the price very reasonable for the amount of work involved. In addition we found Hurkan a very pleasant young man to deal with and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

I booked Alex to deal with my kitchen floor tiles and also install shelves in three storage rooms. The quality of the work carried out by Alex and Viktor (Alex’s partner in crime) was absolutely amazing and first class. I honestly took them on just based on their reviews. I normally see a few tradesmen before finalising one, but as soon as I met Alex, he understood me completely and knew what needed to be done. I’m a very attention to detail person and during the entire time they were here, I was in regular communication with the guys about what they had done, what they would be doing next etc. Viktor was top notch amazing. He did an excellent job with the tiles. A fine man at his job. Alex and Viktor both worked extremely hard completing my job, are lovely trustworthy guys, listened to my concerns and nitty gritty details, and I will definitely be using them again. Well Done guys, excellent job!

Our original wooden windows were in a terrible state but we wanted to see if they could be restored. After getting several quotes mostly pricing for a full replacement we found WoodWay Windows through My Builder. Andrea came to the property and ran through what needed to be done and said the windows could be refurbished and restored. Within days he provided us with a competitively priced quote. Andrea would have no problems running over the quote and answering our questions. He did a thoroughly professional job restoring our wooden windows taking the frames back to the bare wood and repairing rotten parts and working to keep the original design. The paint work was to a high standard too. Though the work took longer than expected due to the state of the windows we are very happy with the overall results and definitely recommend Andrea.

100% RECOMMENDED Michelle and her partner measured up and competitively quoted within a short space of time. She was then very patient and supportive when unforeseen planning issues popped up and set the start date back by quite some time. Once building started, all questions were promptly answered by either the site manager or Michelle, both being available at all times. I was away for the duration of most of the job and it was very reassuring to know that I was leaving it all in capable and honest hands. The workers were very proficient and tidied up after themselves at end of each day. They also put in some very long hours at times to hasten the work. I was also impressed by the handling of unexpected problems during the building (mainly invasive tree stumps!). I am absolutely thrilled with the end result. High quality workmanship and a beautiful building which I am sure will last many years. I would certainly recommend them without a doubt.

Daniel and his team have done amazing work, extremely happy with the final outcome. The initial meeting with Daniel, put my mind at rest, simply because he had lots of past similar projects which he was able to show me, that he completed successfully. Daniel has over 20 years of experience and knows his stuff, and was able to explain clearly each step in the process. Excellent communication skills, and a pleasure to work with. The lintel was replaced and the wall reinforced, he even installed the windows. I was so impressed with his work, that I asked that he take on an additional project, which was replacing the bathroom floor tiles, which was also done to a very high standard. I have no trouble recommending Daniel and his team, they are professional, pleasant and highly competent. Thank you Daniel, hope to work with you again with future projects.

Partial Kitchen Repair from a Leak from above Flat, Epping We booked Marius and Johnny to repair my kitchen damage from a leak from the flat above. Awkward job as only end 2 units needed replacing, repairing the boxing In around where the leak travelled, a new cupboard, new plinths, fixing water damaged walls and painted kitchen twice Marius and George was so professional, lovely guys! A very polite, friendly and resourceful professional with clear communication. He also kindly sorted my window with new glass and put up my new blind. I highly recommend H&V Improvements I will get them back to sort my Hallway with wood floor and re-paint in the future. Can't Thank you enough ♥️ Louise xx
