Very pleased with the new radiators. George got in contact and asked to visit before he gave a quote. He provided a quote promptly and helped me to decide which radiators and TRVs to choose. His communication was great and he answered all my questions quickly. We were having an issue with not being able to have the radiators delivered so George offered to meet me there early and collect them for us so I could get to work. He was a neat and tidy worker, cleaned up after and did a great job. He worked around my partner, who was working from home. You know when you just have a good vibe about someone when you first meet them, that’s what it was with Scott. Scott took out and installed 4 new radiators for us. He discussed the progress of the work with us, and was willing to come back to finish it off because the valves we ordered hadn’t arrived. He chased the pipe work so we can hide in the walls when plastered. I would highly recommend Scott. We will be having him back to do other radiators for us. Oh Yh, I have to give Kieran a shout out too. He worked alongside Scott. Both great. His communication was TOP.

Do not hesitate to use this exceptionally excellent plumber. I hired him to re-hang a radiator where the brackets had fallen out of my stud wall (which is a nightmare to even hang a picture on!). From start to finish a true professional of his trade. He came fast with the supplies required to do the job and went above and beyond to do a great job, he even offered to hoover after!!!!
