We needed extra storage under our stairs, so we had a bookcase at the front with extra storage at the back. The work was carried out within a day and a half and we are extremely pleased with the result. We also had a wardrobe and shelving built over the bulkhead in a bedroom and again we are extremely pleased with the results. I would recommend Josh for any carpenters jobs he worked quickly and competently clearing up any mess as he worked. We will most certainly use his services again.

Our overall experience was a positive one. Riccardo & his Brother Sam worked very hard and did 2 great jobs for us. A bathroom refurbishment and a kitchen refurbishment. When we want any more work done on our property, we would have no hesitation in calling them back in again. Their costings were fair and we didn't feel at any time that they over price anything. They did all that we asked of them and more. They are very happy, friendly and obliging lads, as long as they get a couple of rounds of toast, tea & coffee, and ignore the singing lol. Seriously though if you want a great job doing at a reasonable price go to S & R Construction you wont go wrong. We are over the moon with the work we have had done by them Terri & Dave

I will be as honest as I can be with this review because for the most part, we are really happy with our extension but niggling bits not sorted and outstanding with building control which is delaying sign off is disappointing. Communication great initially but waned severely towards end of job (when a new one had been started) and quality of work on final bits disappointing (botched drain pipe installation and guttering), final evidence not submitted to building control for final sign off (work was finished late last year). Still waiting for replies on that stuff. But overall the extension work is great and we’re really happy. Subbies mostly top notch too (wouldn’t use his electrician again but Mike from Anderson’s and Rhys the chippy were both sound) Shame really as I’d like to give Nathan 5 stars but lack of comms and after care towards end of build has left us feeling a bit let down. Happy to be proved wrong and update if sorted, however.

The work Warren and his colleagues did was fantastic. Completed to a high standard. We are delighted with the shower room, utility room and the upgrade to our existing bathroom. All the workmen were friendly and tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. Would definitely use Warren again for any future projects.

I contacted Pestridge Constructions Ltd (Mike) and a couple of others via this website. Even during the first meeting (for a quote) we could see the difference (as compared to other builders). The extent of our refurb took around 4 months during which we completely entrusted the responsibility to Mike. He took ownership to identify and fix issues and do the refurb. Mike has been fantastic in his quality of work. Great work ethic too (totally unlike any other builder experience we've had) and a gentleman. Since we live about 1.5 hours away from the property we entrusted many of the design (floor & wall tiles, lighting etc.) to Mike and his wife (indicating our price range) and we are very happy with their decisions and work. We gladly recommend Mike & his wife.

Great work Professional behaviour Reasonable quotation All on schedule Friendly and trusted We built an extension to our kitchen and Matt has done the roof for the extension. We found Matt when we were having a really bad time with our previous Builder’s roofers. Matt came and looked at the job and we received the quote next day and accepted. He has started the job exact date and time given by him. He scraped out our previous builder’s roof and re-built and completed the new roof within 3 days professionally. We moved into a new build house, which had a few funny alcoves which were a complete waste of space. We contacted Charlie after a recommendation from a family member. Charlie came round and had a look at the spaces we had and came up with a fantastic solution to maximise the available space for storage. He came back with a few quotes for the designs, each with different options for hardware specifications and their related pricing. After agreeing to go ahead, Charlie got to work making the units for us. We weren’t in a rush for the work to be completed, however Charlie was able to get them made in great time and was asking to come and fit them. The workmanship and attention to detail in the work was second to none, he even went as far as to machine a fresh piece of skirting to match our existing skirting board, so the unit in our en-suite looks as if it has always been there. The units look great and have given us the storage space we were missing, with adjustable shelving and soft close doors. Charlie was always very professional and trustworthy, we felt more than comfortable with him in our house and were happy to leave him alone to carry on with the work when we were out. Overall we are over the moon with the work Charlie has done for us, and would highly recommend him to anyone!

We loved working with Daniel and his team. They were incredibly helpful, communication was excellent and the quality of work was wonderful. They made what had been an extremely stressful situation for us (after a previously arranged tradesperson let us down) easy and stress free. Daniel made great suggestions, provided digital visualisations to help us make decisions on options for refurbishing the kitchen, and included quite a few small extras for no additional fee. They were incredibly accommodating, thought a great deal about our needs and the limitations of our budget and made excellent suggestions. I highly recommend them and will be using them again if the need arises.
