I have worked in structural and Architectural design studios since 2000 and now run Cheltenham Drafting as a dedicated planning service to provide quick & detailed application packages. I normally undertake survey & drawing work for 1 or 2 storey side & rear extensions.

Ed came out within 2 days and measured the job, he is very personable and we immediately trusted him. Ed was clear on price and turnaround of drawings from the start, and in fact completed 6 days early. Ed's price was very competitive and he did not try and talk us into more than we needed which was a relief, as we knew very little. Ed took complete control of the process of application and ensured that everything was as pain free as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Cheltenham Drafting to anyone wanting a designer who listens to the customers needs and produces a high quality service in response.
