We recently had our bedroom ceiling vaulted by Joel and the team, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish the team were punctual, hardworking and genuinely pleasant to have in the house. They went out of their way to minimise disruption to our day-to-day life and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. The finished vaulted ceiling looks fantastic and has completely transformed the room. We were so impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism that we’ve since asked them back to replaster our landing and stairs and fit new carpets. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

I'm being very generous here not leaving a negative, but as they didn't actually do anything neutral is probably right. Mike was confirmed for a 12 week renovation project in December, the day before start on site (due 8th Jan) following a week of ignored calls I received an email advising they won't be able to do the work after all. I had other contractors looking at the job and have lost a significant amount of time due to this....

Just would like to to leave feedback for John and his team. My Wife and I had a very tuff time schedule to achieve a total refurbish and rip out of our place and it was achieved by 21 Century Building team. The team was very understanding with a few changes along the way due to the age of the building and very friendly Even with the tuff time schedule that I gave them. Johns was always on time or early, always willing to give advise and assistance with all aspects of this tuff time scale job he was very supportive collecting supplies, ideas on how to use space available in a small and very compact place, get all tradespersons in at the same time,knowledgeable and funny when needed to ensure we could complete the Refurbishment within the time scale given. The transformation was amazing which was completed within the time scale given. There was a few small snagging issues that John has assisted with and kept in contact after all was completed. I will pass on his details to others who require some help and most importantly advice.

From the very early stages, he visited the site several times to discuss the project in detail and offered many great ideas about how best to approach the renovation of a dilapidated barn. He took a pragmatic approach to everything and ensured the project ran smoothly. He even oversaw works by third parties and gave sound advice at every step. Connor converted our downstairs loo into a shower room. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't fazed by the unexpected (a stud wall that wasn't a stud wall!!). He gave great advice from the quote through to the finished room, advising on ordering through to which door would give us optimum space. His price was very competitive and he provided lots of extras eg. replaced an outside tap and shaved down a sticking door. Connor has a great eye for detail and worked hard to provide us with a lovely shower room!

Nick has done a fantastic job for us. Nick and his team built our loft shell and extension roof. Nick went the extra mile when last minute changes were made to the plan to make it work. He also made an improvement to original design gaining us maximum space in the loft. The work has been done to a high standard, in a good timeframe and within the scope of the quote. Nick and his team were tidy when on-site and Nick kept us updated as to progress. If you looking for a specialist loft conversion Nick and his team are yours guys.
