Tommie was very reactive and professional at first to repair our window frame. However, the sealant job didn't fix this complex problem but then it became impossible to contact him again despite multiple calls, text messages and emails. First class carpenter/builder. Lee installed twelve new oak veneer doors for me over a four day period. Because of the age of the house (forty years old) the job of fitting came with lots of problems which I have to say, if it wasn't for Lee's vast experience and skills who knows how the job may have turned out. Over the four day period Lee was punctual and at the end of the day did a thorough job of cleaning up which was nice to see, less dusting for the wife to do....joke. I would thoroughly recommend Lee's services to family and friends or to someone in need of a highly skilled carpenter/builder. We started with two possible projects. Loft conversion, which we did not proceed with, and knocking through a wall in the kitchen and removing a pillar, which we did. Martin was exceptionally helpful, particularly when it came to organising the correct steels, and offered real clarity on the costs. He also made several recommendations along the way that we found very helpful. Martin and his team were very friendly, efficient and delivered exceptional quality. It is clearly a very disruptive process to knock down walls but they did everything that they could to keep the disruption to a minimum, which was useful since we have two young children. We are very pleased with the end result. Martin guided us from planning right through to kitchen installation and everything in between. I undertake trade specific tasks allied to carpentry including; kitchen, bathroom and window installation. 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, flooring and internal and external door replacements. As well as being a fully experienced carpenter I am also a qualified building surveyor (Btec) and hold certificates in condition and asbestos surveying.
