Very happy with the result of the conservatory. Pav (Director) is very honest, friendly and professional. A great guy. He dealt with issues immediately. If things were not going according to plan, he would try his best to speed things up. The work was completed according to scheduled time. It could have been earlier but builders have other jobs to attend which delays things sometimes. All the builders were friendly and did their job well. Manager was also very nice and came on site to check everything is ok. The only issue I could point out is communication. Nobody would tell you what is happening or when you are expecting builders. Some days I would wait all day and nobody would turn up. Admin staff should be on top of things and keep customers updated. Other than that, I am happy with the service and the result of the job. Chose to hire West MIdlands DG after Pav and his team did a fantastic job with our windows. His team started their work quickly which is exactly what we needed after we were abandoned by ProTec Renovation (avoid that company at all costs). The team extended our porch, fitted tiles and laminates, assembled a door frame, fitted a new composite door, put on cladding and fitted guttering to the front of our house. All work was done to an exceptional standard and we have had neighbours on our street wanting the same work done from Pav. A really friendly and committed team of workers who have been a pleasure to have around our home. All areas were tidied up at the end of each day and we were informed of all work prior to it commencing. Will always recommend this company for both building and window work. Top class service all around!

Pav worked on replacing our porch doors, upgraded the patio and replaced a window. He initially gave us enough details on the quality of the windows and how it is compared with our products in the industry. His team was very professional and completed the work to our full satisfaction. The work place was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day and in fact they removed all the rubbish and old windows. I am planning to use him for other future work. It has been such a pleasure to have Pav and his West Midlands Double Glazing company working on our house to ensure the windows and doors are exactly what we wanted. Pav initially came to our home to discuss our requirements and showed us his designs and products and the differences between other window companies. I found him to be extremely honest, pleasant and determined to make us happy throughout the process. Our home has been transformed and we are now the envy of the street. When contacting window companies i found that 2 of them actually order their windows from Pav himself making West Midlands Double Glazing the best choice for us. The windows are of top quality just like we were promised, all contact was done professionally throughout and everything we agreed was put into a contract so our minds were at ease. The workmen were on time and cleaned up after they left as well as making sure we were happy with the end finish. Its been such a faultless project that we have now used Pav to take on our porch extension and look forward to another stunning transformation of our property. I would highly recommend if you want the best service and product!

Apologies firstly for the late feedback. Pav came to the house and competitively quoted for the work. A couple of days later it was all measured out and the windows were installed a couple of weeks later. Very happy with the work.

Its the first time we used mybuilder.com where we found Pav of West Midlands Double Glazing Ltd. From the moment we had the first consultation with him we felt that not only is he very professional but more than that he is a very honest and down-to-earth person who is very pleasant to work with. All we could think was they don't make them like that anymore! He seriously is the best kind of person to project-manage anything you want done to an excellent standard. Pav and his team were always one-step ahead of their game, extremely punctual and timely on all fronts, and they didn't trouble us about anything in the least, they just got on with their job at speed and with efficiency. Pav treated the job as they if was it was for himself, taking care to provide the best quality materials at the best prices. The end product is an extremely well finished orangerie that is top-end quality at a very reasonable price. We love it! In all, Pav is one of those tradesman who stands back and takes a good look at his work and feels satisfied that he has done a good job for his client. His customer liaison skills are second to none! We feel we have found a gem in Pav, and we know exactly who we will turn to for any home-improvements in the future. Can't recommend him highly enough. Happy with new door and windows. Parminder was really helpful and his team completed the job on time. They did stick to their time scale and provided good quality of windows as promised. So far so good.

Parvinder installed a full house of windows, patio doors and a porch. He has done a good job and my Mother was very happy with it. He was professional and reliable. People have knocked at the door to ask where we had the new windows from - they look so nice.
