The windows and doors were great. Fitters and service very good. Aftersale service is not the greatest hence neutral feedback.

Excellent job, fitted a 1200x1200 window in an hour, fully cleaned up and both sales and fitters were very polite. Finished article looks really smart. Would happily use again and fully recommend.

Great job had my conservatory roof taken off and a solid warm roof with 2 velux roof light windows fitted also had the right side of my conservatory bricked up. It’s amazing just like an extension now not a conservatory! Came in time finished job in time and took away all the mess.

The fitters done a first class job, they were professionals.

Really great service and build! I am thinking about using them for a loft conversion :) Kal was the sales guy who came out and worked out what we wanted/needed and what we could have within our budget. He was very understanding and explained what would be what and the different steps and stages of getting things done. We had 3 different teams of builders working at different stages during our kitchen extension. Which then also became a garage conversion. All 3 teams were great, working hard and making helpful suggestions. One of the guys showed me pictures of another job he was working on and recommended a column radiator - definitely great! Everything was managed by Mandy in the office who was happy to work through my panic attacks. She was very efficient in getting back to me through email and on the phone. The staged payments were worked out well (we did ask for them to be changed slightly). Although the weather didn't help (all of the snow we had at the beginning of 2018) everyone was patient with us. Especially since we decided to do a garage conversion because of the bad weather - we then had to redesign one part of the extension as we no longer needed a door there. I cannot recommend West Midlands Double Glazing enough. Great work by all involved.
