Parvinder came out and gave us a quote for a new porch and door plus front and side windows, back door, and kitchen and bathroom windows. he was punctual and polite he didn't give us any sales patter and didn't over stay his welcome, he measured up showed us the producted and gave us a price that we felt was reasonable so asked him to go ahead. The work commenced four weeks later, a time scale we were happy with. The work carried out was second to none, the workers did there jobs and kept us informed of what they were doing every step of the way. The quality and finish is to a very high standard and family, friends and neighbours have praised the work. I would most definietly recommend West Midlands Double Glazing Ltd and will be using them again when we have the upstairs windows fitted.

Parvinder came and gave us a quote, he was well mannered and courteous but more importantly the actual price was as the agreed quoted figure. We also added a bathroom redecoration to the job (old bathroom ripped out, and complete re-tile and refit of the new bathroom). At first the job was delayed more than expected and we had concerns, but when the job was started, the men employed by the company did a great job. They were not the fastest, but they were thorough and did a quality job. You can see they take pride in their work. They were also thoughtful in the work done and the installation of the fixtures and did not cut corners meaning we were very happy with the overall result and left us with a feeling that we will (hopefully) not have any problems in the future post completion. The staff were definitely a great credit to the company. I have no problems recommending the company based on my experience.

Following an initial 'Hiccup' with the unexpected delivery of the conservatory roof which was quickly and amicably resolved by Mr Pav Gill the installation of the conservatory went according to plan and within the time scale and cost agreed. The workmen were professional efficient and courteous at all times and always ensured that everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day with any debris waste or packaging removed from site. All in all the work was carried out completely satisfactorily

Hired Pav after he impressed me during his initial quotation visit, he come across very professional and courteous. From that point onwards, it was an easy hassle free process with his team keeping me updated with progress & updates prior to installation. The fitting team were excellent, kept everything clean & tidy during the messy works, they were a credit to West Midlands Double Glazing.

1st class service from start to finish of full house window installation. Pav quoted and brought a sample window with him so we could see the quality of what we were buying and the job was completed in one day instead of two couldn't ask for better and the price was great too. Would highly recommend

Pav and his team has done an outstanding job. His team put a new tiled roof in my utility room and plastered the whole area with new wall and windows. They also put a new guardian roof on my conservatory. His builders gave me ideas in designing the interior which I took on board and I'm glad I took their advice. Pav project managed the work perfectly informing me the time schedules, completion dates, delivery of materials, and collection of materials after the work was completed. Would definitely recommend pav to my friends and family and would cirtainly use Pav again.

Team always strived to please. We are happy with the finished job. Pav is very polite and always answers the phone, or returns calls promptly.
