Darren was very quick to respond to queries and arrange a time to come and do the job (and even fixed a broken towel rail whilst he was at the flat!), keeping me updated by telephone and with pictures, and returning as promised the following week to fit the external draft excluder. Everything was very easy and straightforward - would happily recommend.

All work was completed quickly and with minimum fuss. Darren ensured that everything was tidy when he left, and was friendly and professional throughout

Darren is a very friendly guy and worked hard on the job. Whilst I I was on the whole pleased with the renovation to the door (4/5) unfortunately we didn’t see eye to eye on the quality of the finish for the amount paid (3/5). Be sure to understand his costings as they weren’t completely clear to me and this is down to how things were communicated. I wish Darren the all the best with his future work.

Darren and his team are fantastic. He took time taking the brief, managed my expectations very well and gave a couple of options to help with my budget.
