Hi, I engaged Darren's services to repair a timber framed window which was rotten and the mechanism to lock the window broken. Darren is great, very friendly down to earth and an honest person, he took time to explain exactly what they were going to do and repaired the frame, adding new beading around the window, sanding the frame down before painting it, now it looks as good as new. The job actually came under what he quoted as we agreed a different approach. He turned up on time and cleaned up after they finished. Darren is very knowledgeable, professional and not overly expensive, he quotes a reasonable price for the work involved. I would have no hesitation in requesting his services again.

Darren is a nice enough guy, who arrived promptly and looked at the window, but couldn't do the work as it wasn't a simple repair as first thought, fair enough. Said he would email me a quote for the work, but never did. To be honest, I wanted to get it done by a firm that could offer a FENSA cert and Darren said he wouldn't do a FENSA cert as, in his opinion, it wasn't worth it. So feedback is neutral as I never got the work done in the first place, and I don't think I would have used him anyway even if I did get the quote as I wanted to get the FENSA cert.

We were extremely pleased and satisfied with the work carried out. Everything was completed and left beautifully clean and tidy. We can not recommend Darren highly enough. We will differently be using him for other work we need carried out. Edna and Yvonne
